The Solution

I designed and deployed a secure, serverless automation pipeline:

  1. Automated Mailbox Daemon: A lightweight background agent monitors incoming order mailboxes, verifies email metadata signatures, and downloads attachments.
  2. Document AI & LLM Parsing: Attachments are run through a custom OCR engine combined with an LLM parser. The system extracts address coordinates, SKU numbers, quantity weights, and reference codes, returning structured JSON.
  3. Real-time DB Verification: Structured details are validated against the client's internal inventory database. Discrepancies are flagged immediately and emailed back to the customer, preventing bad data from entering downstream tools.
  4. Legacy SQL Injection Hook: Validated order payloads are written directly into the legacy TMS SQL Server tables, bypassing the manual GUI entirely.

  1. Bi-directional Synchronization Daemon: Engineered a lightweight, secure sync client that monitors Salesforce "Closed Won" event logs and inserts warehouse receipts into the SQL database immediately.
  2. SQL Trigger Webhooks: Programmed trigger events on SQL inventory tables. Whenever stock quantities change, a trigger fires a webhook payload back to Salesforce, keeping stock numbers synchronized in real-time.
  3. Courier Tracking Hooks: Integrated shipping label APIs (UPS and FedEx) to capture tracking codes automatically. Tracking numbers are instantly updated in Salesforce, triggering customized email tracking notifications to clients.
